The Lesson Plan

Turn the page

Posted in Uncategorized by Sir Martz on 6 January 2007

One of my favorite features here in WordPress would be the pages. I’ve always wanted a feature where all my essays and works could be prominently featured on my blog, and I’ve never really had that in LJ.

Now, you’ll notice that there are dark blue rectangles at the lower part of my title banner. You’ll see the likes of “The Lost City” and “Fasten Your Seatbelts”. You may click on those to read the full articles and comment on them just like any other blog entry.

This simple feature ensures that my works get published as long as they can. There is no limit to how many pages I can write, therefore expect me to get really opinionated this year.

Happy reading!

WordPress is definitely faster than Livejournal and Blogspot.
It’s better if WordPress had a “Friends Page”

// The earthquake in Taiwan slowed down our DSL. It took me three hours just to download a 1.90 MB file (using a download accelerator).

I agree. I miss the “Friend’s Page”. And I hate that earthquake too. Anyway, nobody ever said that the flat world was invincible.
